Do you accept insurance as a form of payment?

truMedic does not accept insurance as a form of payment.

 

What is your return policy?

truMedic products can be returned up to 30 days after purchase for a full refund.  Returns must include all original accessories and be in good working condition.  When returning, order and contact information must be included for a refund to be properly processed.

How do I obtain a replacement if my product doesn't work?

Please contact us at 888-264-1766 to begin the replacement process.  The original product will need to be shipped to us, with clearly marked order and contact information included.  After inspection a replacement will be sent to you.

What is the standard warranty that comes with purchase?

All truMedic products come with a 90-day warranty out of the box.  This covers defects and product failures.  If you register your product at www.registertrumedic.com this warranty is extended to one year, absolutely free.

 

Where do I register my product?

Please go to www.registertrumedic.com to register your product.

 

What should I do if my order has not shipped after 3 business days?

If your order has not shipped after an extended period please contact us either via email at service@trumedic.com or over the phone at 888-264-1766.  Please consider that items are not shipped Saturday-Sunday and on federal holidays.

 

My order says delivered but I can't find it.

Please allow up to 3 days after your order is marked as delivered.  There are times where carriers will mark a delivery as "Delivered" prematurely.  If after you are still unable to find your order after 3 days, please contact us immediately via email at service@trumedic.com or over the phone at 888-264-1766.

 

I am under warranty and my product has stopped working or is damaged.

If you are within the warranty period and you are experiencing an issue with your product please contact us via email at service@trumedic.com or over the phone at 888-264-1766 and we will be able to assist you.

 

Where can I obtain missing parts that were supposed to come with my product?

If your product is missing part or accessories out of the box please contact us via email at service@trumedic.com or over the phone at 888-264-1766 to obtain the missing pieces.  If parts have been lost since the product was initially purchased the replacement parts may be subject to charge.

 

I lost my charger, where can I get a replacement?

We have listed most of the chargers for our products here: truMedic Accessories

If you are unable to find the charger you are looking for please contact us via email at service@trumedic.com or over the phone at 888-264-1766 to obtain the missing charger.  Replacement chargers may be subject to charge.

 

When ordering off of www.trumedic.com, do you ship to Canada?

Yes, we do ship to Canada for an additional small fee.

No, truMedic does not ship to anywhere besides the United States and Canada.

 

What speed is your FREE shipping?

The free shipping that comes with all purchases off of www.trumedic.com is typically delivered within 3-5 business days.
