Troubleshooting
The truMedic InstaShiatsu+ Pillow Massager is making noises when in use.
- A steady noise from the motor is typical when the massager is being used. If the massager makes any sudden loud or grinding noises, discontinue use and contact service@trumedic.com for service.
The truMedic InstaShiatsu Pillow Massager suddenly shut off.
- If the massager has been used for more than 15 minutes the automatic shut off feature has been activated to reduce the chance of overheating or injury. Wait 30 minutes then attempt to use the massager again.
