My massage chair does not work when plugged in and  turned on.	1. Ensure that the remote control is turned on. Locate the ON switch on your remote control and press it to activate it. 2. If you haven't selected a massage function yet, press any massage function button on the remote control to start the massage experience. 4. Verify that the chair is receiving adequate power supply. Check the connections between the chair and the wall outlet to ensure they are securely plugged in. 5. In case the chair is not functioning due to a burned out fuse, replace it with the appropriate fuse. Refer to the chair's manual for instructions on how to replace the fuse correctly. 6. The electric wires and/or plugs are really hot.	1. If you have been using the chair continuously for an extended period, it can lead to certain issues. My Neck and Shoulder preset goes to the lower back, please help.	The PRESET Functions on the chair cannot be changed, and the Neck and Shoulder PRESET is designed to target the neck and shoulders, not the lower back. If you specifically want to focus on the neck and shoulder area, you can utilize the manual mode. To access manual mode, locate and press the manual button on the remote control. This mode allows you to customize the massage to your preferences and target specific areas. The massage nodes on the back of the foot rest pinch the heel, is there any way to turn it off?	Currently, there is no option available to adjust the setting and turn off the massage nodes specifically on the footrest.
